Who are the musicians?
My team is a collective of highly talented and experienced, classically trained musicians. Extremely professional and beautifully presented, they are well established in the Australian music scene and widely recognised as some of its best.
What can we offer you?
We provide elegant music for wedding ceremonies and receptions.
We can perform as a string soloist, duo, trio, quartet or larger string section. We can also team up with Wind and Brass musicians, Guitarists, Pianists, Singers, Harpists and DJs. We can even perform as a mini Orchestra.
What can we play?
We can work together with you to choose just the right music to suit the mood of your day. We can play anything from classical to jazz to pop and rock and everything in between and will gladly accommodate special requests.
Why choose us?
I've been playing at weddings since I was a teenager. Over two decades later I'm now coordinating musicians for a huge range of high profile events. My responsibilities have ranged from assembling backing musicians for The Voice Australia, to putting together an orchestra to perform with John Farnham and Olivia Newton-John and an ensemble to tour with Josh Groban. Contexts as diverse as providing a string quartet to play with Bliss N Eso at the ARIAS or a team to record with Missy Higgins to a string section to entertain Princess Mary and Prince Frederik of Denmark.
When my team aren't performing at weddings they're working in Australia's best symphony orchestras and chamber ensembles or recording, performing and touring with the likes of Lana Del Rey, Pete Murray, Josh Groban, Tim Freedman, Robbie Williams, Sam Smith, Katy Perry and Michael Buble'.
I'm passionate about achieving the best possible standard and results for each and every engagement from low key to lavish.
I understand that your wedding day is one of the most precious ocassions of your life. We won't let you down.
What do we cost?
Prices vary depending on the location of your event and the size of group you're after so it's best to contact me for a specific quote. I'll be more than happy to work with you to find a great outcome that fits within your budget.
Where are we based?
We have core players based throughout Australia and are servicing Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and surrounding areas.
