• Musicians wear a combination of smart black and/or black and white.

*If all black is your preference you can let us know when we collect your final details.

• Musicians are in place no less than 15 min before they’re due to start playing.

• Up to 3 custom song requests (wedding/funeral clients only).

*While most song requests are possible to include at no extra cost, some requests may incur additional charges.

*Backing track bookings (see “ADD ONS” below) include 1 custom song request at no extra cost.

• Musicians dress to your event's theme/colour scheme (glamorous style briefs can be accommodated).

• Musicians use matching ipad stands.

• Musicians are in place no less than 30 min before they’re due to start playing (this allows for a brief soundcheck if musicians are being amplified).

*Arrival times earlier than 30 min prior will be charged at $55 + gst per person per hour.

*While most song requests are possible to include at no extra cost, some requests may incur additional charges. 

*Backing track bookings (see “ADD ONS”) include 1 custom song request at no extra cost.

*Additional custom song requests can be purchased (see “ADD  ONS”).

ADD ONS 

Backing Tracks / Additional Song Requests / Electric Instruments 

 

BACKING TRACKS 

​

Piano, guitar or electro-pop style backings.

*"LUXE" packages only.

*1hr only for ensemble bookings.

Additional fee: $250 + gst. 

​

For crowds of up to 100, this fee includes the supply of a speaker for backing tracks. Ensembles of two or more people would play without amplification (unless hiring our Electric package - see below).

​

For crowds of more than 100, this would require a sound professional (along with the supply of speakers, microphones, mixing desk) and musicians would be amplified.

You can also choose this option for crowds smaller than 100.

 

ELECTRIC INSTRUMENTS 

​

“LUXE” Duo and Trio packages only and subject to availability.

Additional fee: $250 + gst. 

For crowds of up to 100 people, this fee includes the supply of a speaker.. 

For crowds of more than 100 or Electric Trio bookings, this would require a sound professional (along with the supply of speakers, microphones, mixing desk). 

 

ADDITIONAL SPECIAL SONG REQUESTS

$50 + gst per song for unaccompanied ensembles / $250 + gst per song for ensembles accompanied by backing tracks.
